Senior Sales Executive - HORECA (UAE & KSA)

Human Resources UAE & KSA Full-time A hunter role on behalf of our client, a food and beverage manufacturer and distributor: win new HORECA business across hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering in the UAE and KSA, and own your numbers.

About the company

Our client is an established food and beverage manufacturer and distributor in the UAE and KSA. They are growing their HORECA business and are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive this growth.

The role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to win new business and manage client relationships across the hospitality sector in the UAE and KSA, covering hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering businesses.

This is a hunter role. You will own your pipeline, open doors yourself, and be measured on what you close.

Ideal candidate

  • A self-starter who goes after new business without waiting for leads to arrive
  • Competitive and target-driven, and motivated by closing deals
  • Resilient: you treat a “no” as the start of a negotiation
  • Comfortable working independently in the field, with full ownership of your territory and numbers

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and target new clients in the HORECA industry (hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering businesses) through research, networking and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement to understand and fulfil their business needs
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits to drive interest and sales
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms, making sure agreements benefit both sides
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolve client issues and provide post-sales support
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to spot opportunities and adjust sales strategies
  • Create and execute sales strategies to hit targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives
  • Prepare regular sales reports on activities, client feedback and market insights for the Head of Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
  • 6–10 years of sales experience in the HORECA industry in the UAE and/or KSA
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling beverages, beverage solutions or ice cream to hotels, cafés, restaurants and catering businesses is highly desirable
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written
  • Valid UAE driving licence
  • Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and observational skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to market trends and customer needs

Accountant (KSA/UAE)

Accounting Beirut, Lebanon Full-time A detail-oriented accountant with KSA and/or UAE experience to run end-to-end accounting operations for our clients there, from our growing team in Beirut.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in KSA and/or UAE regulations, to join our growing team in Beirut, Lebanon.

The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations in KSA and UAE, preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions for KSA and UAE-based clients: AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations and monthly closing
  • Prepare and review financial statements, and manage invoicing processes
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with ZATCA (KSA) and FTA (UAE) regulations, including VAT-related reconciliations and documentation
  • Assist in financial reporting, budgeting and audit preparation
  • Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks and government authorities when required
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, supporting UAE or KSA-based companies or clients
  • Previous experience with KSA or UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, FTA requirements, ZATCA and statutory compliance
  • Experience preparing VAT returns and handling VAT-related reconciliations and documentation
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
  • Relevant certificates (CPA, ACCA) are a plus
  • Strong bookkeeping and transactional accounting skills, including experience with general ledgers and accounts reconciliation
  • High attention to detail, integrity and commitment to accuracy
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

What you will do

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from clients across various industries
  • Map business processes and lead client workshops to define implementation scope
  • Configure standard Odoo modules tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate with developers on customisation and system integrations
  • Support data migration and conduct system testing
  • Deliver end-user training and prepare functional documentation
  • Manage project timelines and report on implementation progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; troubleshoot functional issues
  • Provide post go-live support and ensure a smooth transition to the new system
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Odoo ERP or a similar ERP solution
  • Strong understanding of business processes, including Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR and Project Management
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional Odoo solutions
  • Hands-on experience configuring Odoo modules and supporting end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise business processes
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with experience conducting workshops and user training
  • Experience with data migration, testing, deployment and post-implementation support
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Odoo Studio, workflows, reporting and a basic understanding of Python/PostgreSQL is an advantage
  • Experience with digital transformations, ERP consulting or business process improvement is a plus
